Blood Pressure with Trend Lines

Blood Pressure Chart with Trends
This chart shows your systolic and diastolic pressure with trend lines. Green lines indicate a BP decrease, red lines an increase. The chart only shows readings taken at home and that are not discarded because taken after activities that might have temporarily altered your BP. Look at the BP Log for the complete list of the readings for the required period, including the ones excluded in the charts, which are crossed out.
